Creation of resource-based and engineering models, and resource-based project data bases

Creation of resource-based and engineering models (REM), and resource-based project data bases related to capital construction objects. This refers to the process enabling collection and analysis of data related to all resources (considering their application technologies), which are needed to evaluate their cost.

A REM is represented by a number of human, technological, and material resources, as well as equipment and other elements related to kind and value terms, which are required for erection of buildings, facilities, and nuclear power installations in general according to an approved standard operating procedure.

A REM can be worked out for a certain project of nuclear power installation, certain nuclear buildings and facilities, certain works, and certain budget items.

While creating a REM and a resource-based data base it is necessary to carry out a quality analysis of the related consolidated cost estimate and eliminate its mistakes if any.
