Monitoring of prices of construction resources is used in determining the cost of nuclear facility construction both in the Russian Federation and overseas.
Adoption of the industry-wide system for monitoring and updating prices of construction resources for facilities implemented outside the Russian Federation is an important stage in the jobs carried out by Rosatom State Atomic Energy Corporation. Within fierce competition in NPP construction overseas, it has become the tool for quick response to changes in the project cost parameters under market formation of construction resources' prices.

RESULT
Industry-specific quarterly guide books containing current estimated prices of construction resources used in the construction of nuclear power plants both in the Russian Federation and overseas. Guide book prices are applied in calculating the cost of construction items using the resource method, for estimating and determining the cost both within the planning phase and at the phase of closing the actual work performed.
