Expertize

Internal expertize (analysis and evaluation) of pre-project documentation (investment justification), design (estimate) documentation and engineering survey deliverables on capital construction projects.

Verification of design documentation of nuclear facilities, which are constructed outside the territory of the Russian Federation in accordance with international agreements of the Russian Federation and financed with funds from the budgets of the budgetary system of the Russian Federation.

Consulting services

Justification of the choice of design regulatory framework.
Confirmation of compliance of pre-design, design (estimate) documentation and engineering survey deliverables with the requirements of technical regulations, sanitary and epidemiological requirements, environmental protection requirements, state protection of cultural heritage objects, safe use of atomic energy, industrial safety, reliability and safety of electric power systems and electric power facilities, anti-terrorist security of the facility, the developer's or technical customer's design assignment.

Verification of the estimated cost. Technological and value audit of the capital construction object within pre-design and design phase.

Pre-project and project support

Supporting the development of initial permits: technical design assignment, special technical specifications. Clarification of parameters of the capital construction object.

Support of the design organization during the design process: evaluation of main architectural, structural, technological and engineering solutions for their optimality, comparison of the scope of works in the design documentation with the final bill of quantities.

Optimization of design solutions and cost of the capital construction object, including the use of functional cost analysis methods.

Reports, recommendations and comments allow reducing the critical path and increasing the economic efficiency of investment and construction projects.
